Fee Policy of School

School Fee

  1. At the time of admission, the student needs to pay Prospectus, Registration, Admission Fee and refundable Security Deposit.
  2. The fee is to be remitted either online in our PNB Bahal A/C No. 1215000100069319 or Allahabad Bank Bahal A/C No. 500 686 20876, send the deposit receipt by fax/e-mail/post or by Demand Draft in favour of “Principal, LPS Public School”, payable at Bhiwani.
  3. Two options are available for the payment of Annual School Fee:

    a. One-time payment – rebate of Rs. 5000/-

    b. Two installments (Term wise)
  4. All fee payments should be made by:

    • I Installment – 01st April

    • II Installment – 30th September
  5. School reserves the right to revise/amend the Fee Schedule & Personal Account.
  6. Student Personal Account includes uniform, books, stationery, field trips, tuck shop, medical, telephone, travel, exam, sports & coaching.
  7. Personal Account must have minimum balance of Rs. 20,000/- each term.
  8. Remaining balance adjusts in next term.
  9. Fee concession: Rs. 5000/- for 2 siblings & Rs. 10,000/- for 3 siblings (Boarders only).

Late Fee

  1. Late fee Rs. 100/day till 10th April/September. After this, Rs. 500/day.
  2. From 10th–20th April/September late fee becomes Rs. 500/day; after this Rs. 1000/day.
  3. After 20 days, student's name will be struck off.
  4. Partial payment is considered non-payment.
  5. Students with unpaid fees cannot write exams or receive results/TC.
  6. After 2 reminders, name is struck off and readmission fee applies.

Withdrawals

  1. For new students, Registration Fee & Admission Fee are non-refundable.
  2. Withdrawal notice must reach school by 15 February.
  3. One full year fee is charged for withdrawal after 10th October.
  4. Alumni Fee of Rs. 1150/- applies at withdrawal.

Tour & Trek

  1. Rs. 10,000/- is kept in the Tour/Trek Account to cover touring expenses.
