Admission Procedure (Official)

1. Registration

Parents/guardians are required to complete the Registration Form, available at the school reception or through the official school website. The form must be submitted within the stipulated time.


2. Document Submission

The following documents must be submitted along with the registration form or before the final approval of admission:

✔ Birth Certificate of the student

✔ Previous academic report card

✔ Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate (where applicable)

✔ Aadhaar Card of the student and parents

✔ Passport-size photographs (as required)



3. Entrance Test / Assessment

Applicants will undergo an Entrance Assessment appropriate to their class level.
The assessment may include written tests in English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge for higher classes.
For Pre-Primary and Primary classes, an interaction/observation session may be conducted.>


4. Interaction with Parents and Student

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interactive session with the school authorities. This session helps evaluate the student’s readiness and allows parents to understand the school’s expectations and system.


5. Admission Approval

Admission will be granted based on: Performance in the entrance test/interaction Availability of seats

Verification of required documents

Successful candidates will receive an official Admission Offer Letter from the school.


6. Fee Submission

To confirm the admission, parents must deposit the prescribed admission fee and the first installment of the annual fee within the given timeline. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of the admission offer.


7. Final Enrollment

Upon completion of all formalities, the student will be officially enrolled. Parents will receive: Class and section allotment List of books and stationery Uniform guidelines Academic calendar and school rules Orientation details (if applicable)
